1. What kind of Buckeye gear do you sell?
We offer a variety of pre-owned Ohio State apparel and merchandise, including jerseys, hoodies, T-shirts, hats, jackets, collectibles, and more. Inventory changes regularly, so check back often.

2. Is everything on your site secondhand?
Yes! Our focus is giving quality Ohio State gear a second life.  However, we do offer some items that are brand new with the tags. Some items may be vintage, while others are gently used.

3. How often do you add new items?
New items are added frequently. Since most products are one-of-a-kind, once they’re gone, they’re usually gone for good.

4. Do you sell vintage Buckeye apparel?
Yes! We regularly feature vintage Ohio State clothing and collectibles whenever we find them.

Condition & Sizing

5. What condition are the items in?
Every item is inspected before it’s listed. We note any noticeable flaws, wear, or imperfections in the product description and photos.

6. How do I know what size to order?
All sizing is listed in the title and the description of each item. 

7. Will the item I receive look exactly like the photos?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, you’ll receive the exact item shown in the listing.

Orders & Shipping

8. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

Returns

9. Can I return a secondhand item?
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.

10. How do initiate a return?
Contact us within 7 days after delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Authenticity

11. Is your Buckeye merchandise authentic?
We strive to source authentic Ohio State merchandise from reputable brands. If we have any uncertainty about an item’s origin, we won’t list it as authentic.

12. Are you affiliated with Ohio State University?
No. Buckeye Rack is an independent reseller of pre-owned Ohio State merchandise and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Ohio State University.

Because most of our inventory consists of one-of-a-kind secondhand items, once an item sells, it’s typically no longer available.

We can’t guarantee restocks since our inventory depends on what we’re able to source, but we regularly add new Buckeye gear.
